These Terms of Service govern your use of the A2Z Electronics Manchester Ltd website and purchases made through it.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before completing a purchase.

This website is operated by:
A2Z Electronics Manchester Ltd
Company number: 14704519
Registered office:

Email: Asad53@MSN.com
Telephone: 07976 929960
Opening hours:
Monday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to A2Z Electronics Manchester Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website user.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to consumer purchases made through our website.
They should be read together with our:
- Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy;
- Privacy Policy;
- Shipping and Delivery Policy;
- Warranty Policy; and
- International Stock and Regional Model Disclosure.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
3. Website use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- use the website fraudulently or unlawfully;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or connected systems;
- introduce viruses, malware or harmful code;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- scrape, copy or extract website data using automated methods without permission;
- impersonate another person;
- submit false customer, payment or delivery information;
- place orders using stolen payment details; or
- use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or unlawful conduct.
4. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices and images are accurate.
However:
- colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen;
- product packaging may vary by sourcing region;
- manufacturer packaging may change without notice;
- regional models may have different model numbers or included accessories; and
- images may be illustrative where clearly stated.
Material differences relating to a product will be stated on the relevant product page.
Products supplied under a consumer contract must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their ordinary or agreed purpose and match their description.
5. International and regional stock
Some products sold by us are sourced from Europe, Dubai, the Middle East or other international markets.
International-market products may differ from standard UK retail models in relation to:
- model number;
- packaging;
- charger or plug type;
- included accessories;
- firmware;
- pre-installed applications;
- network compatibility;
- regional services;
- Samsung Wallet or payment features;
- software-update timing; and
- manufacturer warranty arrangements.
Where a product is international stock, this will be disclosed on the product page.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Samsung UK manufacturer warranty does not apply;
- any manufacturer warranty is subject to the regional or international terms supplied with the product; and
- the customer’s statutory rights against A2Z Electronics Manchester Ltd remain unaffected.
Customers should review the full product description before ordering.
6. Product compatibility
For Wi-Fi-only tablets, mobile-network compatibility is not applicable.
For cellular devices, customers are responsible for checking whether the exact regional model supports:
- the required UK mobile network;
- the required frequency bands;
- SIM or eSIM functionality;
- 4G or 5G services; and
- any carrier-specific features.
We will provide the product model number where reasonably available.
We are not responsible for incompatibility where accurate model and compatibility information was provided before purchase and the product is not faulty or misdescribed.
7. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
A2Z Electronics Manchester Ltd is not currently VAT registered. We do not separately charge or issue VAT on customer transactions.
Prices shown on the website may exclude optional premium delivery charges, which will be displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.
We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
8. Pricing and listing errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information are correct.
Occasionally, an obvious pricing, stock or description error may occur.
Where an error is identified before dispatch, we may:
- contact you for instructions;
- offer the product at the correct price;
- offer an alternative product; or
- cancel the order and issue a refund.
We are not required to supply a product at a price that is clearly and obviously incorrect where the error should reasonably have been recognised.
9. Placing an order
To place an order, you must:
- provide accurate and complete information;
- be legally capable of entering into a contract;
- be authorised to use the selected payment method; and
- review and correct any errors before submitting the order.
UK online-selling rules require businesses to provide specified information before a customer is bound by a distance contract, including information about the goods, trader, price, delivery and cancellation rights.
10. Order acknowledgement and acceptance
After you place an order, you may receive an automated order-confirmation email.
This email confirms that we have received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A contract between you and us is formed when:
- we send confirmation that the product has been dispatched; or
- we confirm that the product is ready for collection.
Until then, we may refuse or cancel the order in accordance with these terms.
11. Reasons we may refuse or cancel an order
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- the product is unavailable;
- the website contains an obvious pricing or description error;
- payment is declined, reversed or disputed;
- the order fails fraud or security checks;
- we cannot verify the customer or delivery information;
- we reasonably suspect payment fraud, resale fraud or unlawful activity;
- the delivery destination is not supported;
- the customer has previously abused our returns, chargeback or payment process;
- the customer has breached these terms; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.
Where payment has already been taken, we will issue an appropriate refund.
12. Payment
Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Available payment methods may include:
- major debit cards;
- major credit cards;
- Shop Pay;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay; and
- other methods supported through Shopify.
The payment options shown at checkout are the definitive payment methods available for a particular order.
We do not normally store complete payment-card details.
13. Fraud prevention
We may use fraud-screening tools provided by Shopify, payment processors or other fraud-prevention providers.
We may request:
- proof of identity;
- proof of billing address;
- confirmation of delivery details;
- confirmation from the cardholder; or
- other reasonable information needed to verify an order.
We may delay or cancel an order where requested verification is not supplied.
14. Delivery
We mainly deliver within the United Kingdom.
Available delivery methods may include:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48;
- Royal Mail Tracked 24; and
- Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Delivery prices and estimated times will be displayed at checkout.
Orders placed and cleared before 3:00 pm are normally dispatched on the same working day where possible. Otherwise, orders are normally dispatched within one working day.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless the selected service is expressly described as guaranteed.
Further details are contained in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
15. Delivery address
You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If a parcel is returned because the customer provided an incorrect address or failed to collect or accept delivery, we may require payment of additional delivery costs before sending it again.
16. Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods normally passes to you when the goods are delivered into your physical possession or into the possession of a person identified by you to receive them.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once:
- full payment has been received; and
- the goods have been delivered or collected.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights.
17. Customer collection
Collection may be available from:
A2Z Electronics Manchester Ltd
14 Burnside Drive
Manchester
England
M19 2LU
Collection hours are normally Monday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Collection must be arranged and confirmed in advance.
We may require:
- the order confirmation;
- photographic identification;
- the payment card used for the order; and
- written authorisation where another person is collecting.
We may refuse collection where identity or payment details cannot be verified.
18. Cancellations and returns
For most goods purchased online, consumers have a statutory 14-day cancellation period beginning after delivery. The applicable regulations also govern how and when goods must be returned following cancellation.
We additionally offer a voluntary returns period of up to 30 days from delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy.
During the voluntary period from day 15 to day 30, change-of-mind returns must normally remain unopened, unused, unactivated and factory sealed.
The customer is responsible for change-of-mind return postage.
We will cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Full details are provided in our Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy.
19. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your statutory rights apply where goods are:
- faulty;
- not of satisfactory quality;
- unfit for their normal or agreed purpose;
- not as described;
- damaged before delivery; or
- otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include:
- repair;
- replacement;
- price reduction;
- rejection; or
- refund.
A manufacturer or international warranty is additional to these rights and does not replace them.
20. Inspection and testing
Where a product is returned as faulty, we may inspect and test it before confirming the appropriate remedy.
Testing may include checking:
- serial number or IMEI;
- physical condition;
- activation status;
- software condition;
- account locks;
- signs of misuse;
- impact damage;
- liquid damage;
- unauthorised repair or modification; and
- whether the reported fault can be reproduced.
If no fault is found, or the problem was caused by accidental damage, misuse, incompatible third-party equipment, unauthorised modification or another excluded cause, we may reject the fault claim.
This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Accounts and personal data on returned devices
Before returning a device, you must:
- back up any personal data;
- remove Google, Samsung and other accounts;
- disable activation locks;
- remove passwords and biometric locks;
- remove SIM cards and memory cards; and
- factory-reset the device where possible.
Inspection, repair or replacement may result in the deletion of stored data.
We are not responsible for personal data left on a returned device, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
22. Manufacturer and international warranties
Where a manufacturer or international warranty is supplied, its terms are controlled by the relevant manufacturer or warranty provider.
Warranty service may depend on:
- the regional model;
- serial number;
- country of origin;
- proof of purchase;
- service-centre availability; and
- the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
We do not guarantee that Samsung UK will inspect, repair or replace international-market stock unless the product listing expressly confirms Samsung UK warranty coverage.
Your statutory rights against A2Z Electronics Manchester Ltd remain unaffected.
23. Discounts and promotional offers
Discount codes and promotional offers:
- are subject to their stated terms;
- may have an expiry date;
- may be limited to selected products or customers;
- may not be combined unless expressly allowed;
- have no cash value; and
- may be withdrawn before use.
We may cancel a promotion or refuse a discount where it has been used fraudulently, abusively or contrary to its stated conditions.
24. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend or restrict the website for:
- maintenance;
- security;
- technical problems;
- system upgrades;
- legal compliance; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for temporary website unavailability where reasonable care has been taken.
25. Third-party services and links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, delivery services or other external services.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for:
- their content;
- availability;
- privacy practices;
- security; or
- separate contractual terms.
Customers should review the relevant third-party terms before using those services.
26. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website content is owned by or licensed to A2Z Electronics Manchester Ltd.
This includes:
- website text;
- graphics;
- logos;
- page layout;
- photographs created by us;
- databases; and
- other original content.
You may use the website for personal shopping purposes.
You must not reproduce, commercially exploit, republish or distribute our content without permission, except where permitted by law.
Manufacturer names, trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners.
27. Customer reviews and submitted content
Where the website allows reviews, comments or other content, you must not submit material that is:
- false or misleading;
- defamatory;
- obscene or abusive;
- unlawful;
- infringing;
- fraudulent;
- promotional spam; or
- unrelated to the product or service.
You confirm that you have the right to submit the content.
We may remove submitted content where reasonably necessary, but we are not obliged to publish every review.
We must not manipulate reviews or present fake reviews as genuine.
28. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breach of statutory consumer rights; or
- any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Loss is foreseeable where it was obvious that it would happen or where both parties knew it might happen when the contract was formed.
We are not responsible for:
- losses that were not reasonably foreseeable;
- losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you;
- losses caused by misuse of the product;
- loss of data where you failed to maintain a reasonable backup;
- failure of third-party networks or applications; or
- business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
29. Business use
Products sold through the consumer website are intended primarily for personal use.
Where you purchase goods wholly or mainly for business purposes, statutory consumer protections may not apply in the same way.
Any trade, wholesale or business order may be subject to separate written terms.
30. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These may include:
- severe weather;
- courier disruption;
- postal strikes;
- supply-chain interruption;
- internet or system failures;
- natural disasters;
- government restrictions;
- civil disorder;
- war;
- terrorism;
- epidemics or pandemics; or
- failure of utilities or communications networks.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and resume performance where possible.
31. Privacy
We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our website may also use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with our Cookie Policy and customer consent settings.
32. Complaints
To make a complaint, contact:
Email: Asad53@MSN.com
Telephone: 07976 929960
Please provide:
- your full name;
- order number;
- details of the complaint; and
- the outcome you are seeking.
We will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period.
33. Alternative dispute resolution
We will attempt to resolve complaints directly.
We are not currently committed to using a specific alternative dispute-resolution provider unless required by law or separately agreed.
This does not affect your right to bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction.
34. Transfer of rights
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under a contract without our written agreement, except where the law allows otherwise.
We may transfer our rights or obligations where this does not reduce your contractual or statutory rights.
35. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining terms will continue in effect.
36. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, that does not mean we have waived that right.
A waiver is effective only where clearly agreed.
37. Entire agreement
These terms, together with the relevant product description and incorporated policies, form the agreement between you and us concerning the order.
This section does not exclude liability for fraud or prevent reliance on rights that cannot legally be excluded.
38. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect:
- legal or regulatory changes;
- changes to our services;
- changes to delivery or payment arrangements; or
- changes to our website.
The terms in effect when an order is placed will normally apply to that order.
39. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any mandatory consumer protections available under the law applicable to you.
Legal proceedings may be brought in the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
